Tenant-improvement buildouts across Texas and Oklahoma: retail, specialty use and office
American Allied Construction was started by Cheston Syma in 2004 to vertically integrate an existing, growing portfolio of Sport Clips franchises. In 2017, Setul Patel joined Mr. Syma, and together they accelerated the growth of this business line. American Allied became the preferred vehicle for all tenant-improvement construction for their Sport Clips franchise locations.
In 2022, the team broadened their development portfolio to include Big Blue Swim Schools for the entire Houston metro market. To accommodate the swim-school construction, American Allied brought on a dedicated aquatic construction team. The team has run numerous swim projects, including Big Blue's San Diego school, and includes a project manager endorsed by Big Blue Swim School corporate.
Since 2024, American Allied has completed Big Blue Swim Schools in Houston, Austin and Katy, Texas.
American Allied continues to take on new leasehold buildouts for a range of brands throughout the region, from retail to specialty use and office.
