David is an accomplished project manager bringing 30+ years of experience with extensive expertise in tenant improvement projects, including swim schools. Prior to American Allied, David served as project manager on multiple Goldfish Swim School locations and a Big Blue Swim School in San Diego; he has since built over six schools for both brands. He is endorsed by Big Blue Swim School corporate as a trusted project manager.

Cheston is a US Marine veteran and serial entrepreneur who specializes in franchise development and operations. He leads a team serving 50+ Sport Clips locations across four states, as well as developing other portfolio brands. Cheston started American Allied Construction to vertically integrate construction, more efficiently managing capital and development while lowering total costs.

Setul is an accomplished senior executive and serial entrepreneur having led multiple service companies through hypergrowth periods. His experience spans capital syndication, project development/construction, and operations in multiunit healthcare and multiunit franchising.
